1. I have the following suggestion.
2. I hope all will agree with me.
3. Those who have black money and those who get black money,the money will be circulated only in India.How?
4. All those who have black money no matter how much the amount is Rs.100 or Rs,10000000 must be allowed to deposit that money in the NEW INDIA DEVELOPMENT SCHEME
5. NIDS- a newly scheme to come into existence As an Act.
6. The Bond/certificate must be transferred as bearer certificate and any resident Indian can hold and transfer to another resident Indian by simple delivery for consideration.
7. This bond will not offer any interest either simple or compound or otherwise.
8. There are to be irredeemable for ever.
9. Thus all the black money will be in the hands of the Govt. for any constructive purposes.
10. No questions can be raised by any authority on these bonds/certificates.
11. They must be made available at all post offices,banks etc.,
12. Any one doing anything illegal or detrimental or prejudicial must be given the right punishment and penalty if needed.
13. This is my humble opinion and hope this way we can get all the black money right inside India for all constructive purposes.
